This amplifier sports a 1/2" thick black anodized aluminum faceplate. The meter is countersunk so that the lip is flush to the face surface. The handles were stock handle that were stripped, re-grained and re-anodized. The bevels were added after anodizing. The meter knob is also inset into the faceplate. The cabinet cover received a high gloss automotive black finish. This is one gorgeous amp!
